On those days where it feels like hard work, or completely pointless, I’ll refer back to this and then head out the door!

  1. All good points and well worth publishing! I find the main benefit for myself is that it boosts my circulation. I come from a line of females with very poor circulation which leads to leg aches, sciatica and, in some of us, varicose veins. If I don’t have at least a mile or so walk every single day, my legs start to ache abominably and I really suffer.
