My 2014 blogging year, in review

I am completely indebted to the “WordPress.com stats helper monkeys” who have lovingly prepared a 2014 annual report for my blog.  I love this kind of thing, so I’m tickled to be able to share it with you.

Here’s an excerpt:

A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 7,500 times in 2014. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 6 trips to carry that many people.

In other news, I have absolutely no idea why the lay out on this blog has gone screwy, and I’m tearing my hair out trying to straighten it up again.  If any of you lovely people have any suggestions please do share :-/
I first noticed it at the end of last year, and I hoped that doing the ‘ostrich’ thing of going away for a while and then coming back might fix it…but it didn’t 😦

I have decided on my walking goals for 2015, both in total distance over the year (already started!), and also a few self-imposed challenges to tackle later in the year…more on that very soon, I promise.

In the meantime I hope you all had a great Christmas and I (belatedly) wish you a happy New Year!
